Who is responsible

This site is operated by Tomás Otero. For privacy inquiries, write to contact.tomasotero@gmail.com.

Contact form

If you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, email, inquiry type and message you enter. This data is sent to Formspree, the provider that processes the form, solely so we can reply to you. We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

cookie_consent

: stores your choice about analytics cookies, so we don't ask you again on every visit. It lasts 6 months and is always stored, whichever option you choose, because it is what allows us to remember your decision.

_clck and _clsk

: from Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that helps us understand how the site is navigated through session recordings and heatmaps. What you type into forms is masked and not recorded. These cookies are only installed if you accept the banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Cookieless analytics

We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure traffic and performance. They do not use cookies and the data is aggregated: it does not identify individual people.

Third-party links

This site contains links to external platforms (streaming, ticket sales, social media). Each has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

What we don't do

We do not sell data or display advertising. We do not share your information with third parties beyond what is necessary for the site to function.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time from the footer. To request information about your data or its deletion, write to us at contact.tomasotero@gmail.com.

Changes

If what we collect changes, you will see the cookie banner again the next time you visit the site.
